Lot pricing is as follows:

​Lots 32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,47,49,50,51,52,53,59 priced at $70,000.00 each.

Lots are all fully serviced to lot front. This is all year living.  School bus picks kids up out who live out here.
